Validating that you are not buying in a Unauthorized Layout

When making a large investment in Hyderabad Real Estate, its very important to seek legal support before investment. Huda itself publishes a lot of information about what it considers to be unauthorized layouts in Hyderabad.

Many local lawyers/advocates can help you close large deals for a small extra fee by validating the registration as well as issuing legal announcements in local newspapers that would cover any eventualities in case of a dispute. There have been a number of cases with multiple registrations on sites and lands that finally ended up in courts and forced a lot of investors to part with their hard earned money due to out of court settlements.

  • In the planning section of this website, you can validate information related to Building permits, Real Estate Layout permits, Land Use Info, NOC's etc.
  • On the bottom left hand corner you can watch out for notices and documents from Huda, where they have deemed layouts or buildings to be unauthorized or not following the land use policy.
